Wish you all a Happy New Year, a glorious year have passed by and we have arrived at 2012. God has been so faithful in protecting us throughout the year 2011 and He has abundantly showered with heavenly blessing. Let's our hearts be filled with praise and gratitude, count your blessings, name them one by one. It will surprise you what the Lord has done. Let us prayerfully enter into the New Year. We shall wish one another for a bright and prosperous New Year. Commit yourself to be responsible and to work and pray for the brightness and prosperity of others. May the comforting character of Jesus be within you and the guidance of Holy Spirit a guiding factor throughout your life.
God has sent His only begotten son to the world to save His people from the darkness. It means Jesus became the Light of the world. (John: 8:12). He brought the light and life of God into the world. Let His light shine upon us, guide you the way, and protect you from all dangers and difficulties all throughout your life of the days yet to come ahead. God sent the Holy Spirit to his people who believe in Jesus Christ and He will guide them always into the truth and life. (John: 14:16, 25). Let the help of Holy Spirit be a guiding factor throughout your life.
The Christmas celebration of the parish was a great experience for everyone. Sincere thanks to all our kids and youths for their very meaningful talent presentation through the Christmas play. Their talents were worthy to be praised for His name. The performance of both English and Malayalam were outstanding. Indeed, my sincere thanks to the office bearers of the Parish, Sunday school Superintendent, teachers and all parent volunteers for the their commemorative work on the celebration. This year's carol rounding, again, helped to strengthen the fellowship and relationship each other. Thanks to all conveners and to all who contributed generously to the needs of the parish.
Congratulations and best wishes to all the newly elected office bearers and Committee members of the Parish and each organization for the year 2012. Accept it as a God's call and perform your duties and responsibilities always with prayer and dedication. Let us thank and appreciate all office bearers and all organizations for their dedicated service for the year 2011, which again, paved way to our spiritual growth of the Church.
This year our parish Youth Group has hosted the Mid West Region Mar Thoma youth conference. It was a great blessing to all youths. Sincere thanks to Thirumeni, Pastor Dwight, and Alex Achen for their wonderful leadership. On behalf of the parish I express the sincere thanks to all our children for their sincere and dedicated hard work behind this conference success.
The Episcopal visit to our Parish and 1st communicant service will be held on January 29th. 2012. Our Diocesan Episcopa Thirumeni, Rt. Rev. Dr. Gee Varghese Mar Theodosius will be with us for two days. Once again wish you a Happy New year and beautiful winter season
